Ann & Chuck are excited for the opportunity to assist buyers and sellers with all types of property interests. Their knowledge of property issues provides clients a unique position in their real estate experience. Born and raised in Montana, Ann & Chuck have a deep love for all that Montana has to offer. They have fallen in love with the Bozeman area and its diversity. Ann says, "The people of Bozeman have created such a friendly, kind and happy community, what's not to love?!" Ann and Chuck raised their two daughters in rural Ronan, Montana. Ann has served as a County Commissioner and a City Council Member. These positions have provided her a unique perspective of property matters that she is able to leverage for the benefit of her clients. They have participated in multiple groups and service organizations that support and provide education, recreational, civic, and safety programs. These include: Search and Rescue Member, Parks Board member, Precinct Committee Woman, Council on Aging board member, Parent Teacher Associations (PTA), Softball Coach, and Breadbasket Volunteer. The experience in each of these organizations have helped them gain insight into the needs of a community. We are ready to put our experience to work for you.
